Schmidt III announces that a lawsuit has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee on behalf all minor children (by and through their guardian/parents) who attended the Andrew Jackson FOP Youth Camp in Wilson County, Tennessee between June 18, 2007 and July 10, 2007. .
Plaintiffs allege in the action that The Defendants engaged in a conspiracy to secretly videotape the activities of the Andrew Jackson FOP Youth Camp to further the interests of the Teamsters Union in a collective bargaining dispute with the FOP union. The suit alleges the Defendants invaded the privacy of minors and their parents by secretly videotaping minor children (between the ages of 8 & 12) while engaged in activities of the private property of the FOP camp.
