Teen Killed in Tragic Forklift Accident In East Nashville

According to news reports, 15-year-old Jayden Dalton, a student at Maplewood High School, died on Sunday, February 22, 2022 while playing with friends at a construction equipment lot in Nashville, Tennessee.

Metro Nashville Police Officers said that the teenagers were able to start a forklift that was parked at the lot of Equipment Finders, Inc. While the teenagers were operating the lift, it overturned and killed Jayden Dalton.
