The Tennessee motorcycle accident lawyers at DRS Law Personal Injury Lawyers have filed a new motorcycle accident lawsuit in the Middle District of Tennessee. The case, Knutson v. 2 Girls Trucking, LLC, was filed on July 17, 2023.
The lawsuit alleges that he was riding his motorcycle on Interstate 65 in Robertson County, Tennessee when he was struck by a truck owned and operated by 2 Girls Trucking, LLC. The truck was being driven by Jerry Cole, who was employed by 2 Girls Trucking, LLC.
The plaintiff suffered life-threatening injuries, including compound fractures in his leg, compression lumbar fractures, nerve damage to his arm/shoulder and some degloving injuries..
In his lawsuit, the plaintiff is seeking damages for his injuries, medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. He is also seeking punitive damages against Jones Bros. Contractors, LLC.
The case is currently pending before U.S. District Judge William L. Campbell, Jr. A status conference has been scheduled for October 5, 2023.
