Nashville Sidewalk Claim Lawsuits

Metro Nashville has been denying legitimate claims submitted through its “Sidewalk Claim Process“. Even if you have been denied or do not meet the arbitrary criteria established by Metro, you may be entitled to compensation if you were forced to build a sidewalk or pay any Sidewalk-in lieu fees.
