was 100% at fault for the collision due to their negligent operation of the vehicle. Specifically, they failed to maintain a proper lookout, did not exercise due care, and violated several traffic laws, including failing to stop at a red light. The case involved the failure to treat and diagnose group b strep in a pregnant mother whose child was brain damaged and ultimately died from sepsis stemming from exposure to the group b strep during labor.
